Stay Healthy for Fall!

With the weather change between summer and fall we often find ourselves with overactive allergies and runny noses. To help yourself stay healthy during fall here are some superfoods that are good to eat during this time:

It is also very important to get more than seven hours of sleep. Research done by Carnegie Mellon University in 2009 found that those who slept for eight hours on a regular basis were less likely to get a cold compared to those who slept for an average of seven hours. Those who slept for an average of less than seven hours were 3x more likely to get a cold.
